Our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning) contracts are on a turnkey basis, encompassing a comprehensive range of services. Our scope of services includes assessing the plant site/layout and its feasibility, selecting the plant configuration, conducting financial and technical evaluation of technology options, assessing technology risks and grid connectivity, detailed engineering, and defining contact structure. Additionally, we manage the complete supply chain from India, including the design and engineering functions, and engage suppliers and third-party subcontractors and procure raw materials for our operations locally or internationally.

Manish Bagadia, aged 57 years, is the promoter and managing director of our company. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over three decades of experience in the field of manufacturing, infrastructure, and power systems. He was awarded a certificate for “The Chief Executive for the year 2002-03” by the Board of Directors of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited.” He is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the company, managing project execution, and increasing the order book.
